Financial Mappers gives everyone the power to independently tailor their financial plan and compare financial products, including Self-Managed Super Funds – something currently unavailable to the general public. It is now possible for everyday investors to understand and stay informed about their financial decisions.

It is intended that the software can be used independently by a consumer, or as a collaborative process where financial advisors and financial institutions can communicate in a mutual space if the consumer wishes to share their information through the unique Report Writer, which allows institutions to write their own Reports.

Financial Mappers is the first retail product from Plencore Online Pty Ltd, (ABN 79 601 265 598) a wholly owned subsidiary of Plencore Wealth Limited.

Dr David Phillips

David Phillips is company CEO and has over forty years experience investing. He has a detailed knowledge in the fields of share trading and property investment. David has been the sole financial contributor to the development of all the Financial Mapper and Wealth Mapper products.

David is a retired surgeon who worked in private practice for most of his career. Before retirement he established and operated the Hernia Clinic of Brisbane. He is widely read in matters relating to investments and how they are affected by economics and politics. David together with his wife Glenis, share of love of all things financial.

Mrs Glenis Phillips

Glenis Phillips is the creator of the concept for Financial Mappers and the Wealth Mapper Engine. She has developed a complex set of dynamic modelling tools and reports, with the aim of bringing an understanding of personal finance to the consumer regardless of their previous experience in managing their personal finances.

Trained as an educator, Glenis has applied these skills to create software which is simple to use at a basic level but has increasing levels of complexity, which can easily be accessed by the mature and sophisticated investor. She has over forty years of personal experience investing in fixed interest securities, shares and real estate. In addition she has created and managed three businesses, including her husband’s private surgical practice.

Glenis is a senior fellow of Finsia, (Financial Services Institute of Australasia), however she has never worked in the Financial Planning Industry. All her work is independent and innovative with the aim of making a complex financial system, easy to use, and simple to understand for both the DIY investor and adviser clients.

In addition, Glenis offers her services as a Senior Mentor to members of Finsia. Her software has been designed to enable advisers to provide a digital platform where trust and transparency are paramount. She will help members to leverage maximum benefit from the software in one on one mentoring.

Glenis is the author of ‘Map your Finances – Learn the Art of Financial Mapping’, an eBook available on all eBook platforms and she is available as a guest speaker for conference events, particularly corporations who are looking to improve the financial literacy of their employees.

Dr John Morrison

Non-Executive Board Member

John Morrison is a non-executive director and chair of numerous boards of public and private companies and a NFP. Included are associated governance roles as the chair of, or member of, a range of board-appointed committees. Board appointments include Finance Committee (chair), Investment Committee (chair), Compliance Committee (chair), Risk Management Committee, and Responsible Manager (as per ASIC definition).

John has been in the financial services industry for 28 years and has previously held executive management roles with Suncorp, AXA and ANZ Securities. For the past 16 years he has consulted to numerous Australian funds management businesses. His broad experience includes superannuation and non-superannuation environments and IDPS and IDPS-like managed account administration platforms.

John’s areas of competence include strong governance, investment, compliance and risk management skills, coupled with the creation of successful between-firm relationships including joint ventures and strategic alliances.

John has a long commitment to multicultural education and, until his recent retirement, spent 6 years as the Chair of the Board of Management of International House at the University of Queensland.
